We seek an experienced Technical Analyst, Junior / TEA 2 to serve as a part of the ACI’s Government Programs that supports Nett Warrior (NW) Production.

Duties and Responsibilities:

An ACI Technical Analyst provides the highest technician level support, often in the form of assistance to other engineers, technical specialists, and/or analysts, generally as an integral component of a complete solution to identified customer requirements. Works toward defined project objectives.  Works as a team leader on complex tasks or those requiring significant integration of various technical disciplines.  Works under broad direction concerning general project and business goals.  Approves and releases preliminary and final reports.  Develops and approves project estimates.  Analyzes requirements for special projects and recommends methods and processes to accomplish. Conducts research and assists in investigational studies.  Supports the design/development of new or modified equipment or methods/systems for improved performance through analysis and checkout.  Evaluates and resolves calibrating and troubleshooting problems.  Leads and mentors’ others and lower level employees, may assign work and schedule workflow.  

Additional Details:

  • Subject matter expert of all program technology. Capable of establishing, operating, and troubleshooting systems of systems.
  • Works with the Nett Warrior Team (System Integration Lab) as a member of the production team on multiple Android and Windows based computing systems.
  • Provide guidance to ensure the integrity and interoperability between systems and higher command networks is maintained.
  • A high level of attention to details.
  • Must be capable of executing all activities with minimal support or supervision.

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must currently possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
  • Must possess a High School diploma and 14 years’ experience, Associate’s degree and 12 years’ experience, Bachelor’s degree (directly related) and 5 years’ experience, Master’s degree and 0 years’ experience.
  • Ability to plan for and execute the Army’s current tactical network environment, including software-defined tactical radio systems. Experience with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of these networks.  
  • Experience in using Android Tactical Assault Kit (ATAK) and the installation of Android based applications.
  • Experience with Android Marketplace
  • Experience with Army Battle Command Systems; NW, JBC-P, etc.…

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • A background in planning and operating military tactical networking, including battle command platforms and transport layers.
  • Experience with the employment of battle command systems in support of military operations.
  • Experience with Equipment Production Methodologies.
  • Experience with military software and System of System testing.
  • Six Sigma Training

Pay Band Information:

$96,000 - $200,000

The ACI pay band for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of a specific compensation. Factors that influence the pay offered to a specific candidate for this position include, but are not limited to, federal and state laws; federal government contract labor categories and contract wage rates; relevant prior work experience; a candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors; geographic location; education; and certifications.
