, ,Augustine Consulting, Inc. is a Woman-Owned Small Business professional services provider of engineering and technical services to the United States Government. We seek an experienced, self-starting Operations Analyst to serve as a part of the Company’s team that supports PEO Soldier.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Program Operations Support Analyst will work with an established team in a fast-paced environment working through complex and challenging processes while performing the following functions:
- Provide administrative, project management, contract, budget, and human resources support
- Prepare a variety of documents, such as correspondence, forms, reports, statistical tables, spreadsheets, briefings, etc. using advanced skills and knowledge of word processing software
- Collect, compile, and display data in order to support presentations, briefings, Warning Orders (WARNO), Operational Orders (OPORD) and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGO)
- Assist in the coordination of estimates of materials, equipment, subcontracts, performance requirements and delivery schedules, and progress reports
- Show discretion, initiative and prepare special reports under general guidance; coordinate travel
- Advise writers and researchers in matters of style, syntax, and usage to improve the general quality and effectiveness of communications
- Manage multiple internal projects/efforts/taskers as assigned
- Coordinate across multiple organizations and staff directorates
- May direct or coordinate the work of an administrative assistant, and team members
- Operational responsibilities may encompass leading the day to day actions to support the use of GSA vehicles, property management (issuing, shipping, receiving, accountability), Integrated Product Team (IPT) support (PSM IPT, Army/MSFT IPT, LORA IPT/WG), and Technical Manual (TM) and Program of Instruction (POI) Development Working Groups (WG)

Required Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Due to the sensitive nature of the work being performed, a candidate must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- High School diploma and 14 years' experience, Associate's degree and 12 years' experience, Bachelor’s degree and 5 years' experience, or Master's degree and 1 year of experience.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- SharePoint knowledge/experience
- Task Management Tool (TMT) experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Military experience
- Defense Travel System (DTS) knowledge/experience
- Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent
- Acquisition/Army Logistics experience
- DPAS/GCSS-A experience
- Test and Evaluation experience
- Azure experience (Basic)

Pay Band Information:
$51,600 - $101,100
