Lifecycle Logistics Management Analyst - Level III

Augustine Consulting, Inc. is a Woman-Owned Small Business professional services provider of engineering and technical services to the United States Government. We seek an experienced, self-starting Life Cycle Logistics Management Analyst to serve as a part of our team that supports PEO Soldier.

As a Lifecycle Logistics Management Analyst, you will:

Provide senior-level logistics expertise heavily concentrated on writing policy and regulations.
Integrate and plan for the 12 Integrated Product Support Elements (IPSE) in all phases of the sustainment and acquisition processes.
Interface with ASAALT, AMC, LCMC, PEO Soldier, ATEC, AEC, CASCOM, MCOE, and other PEOs and PM on logistics requirements.
Establish and assist in the planning, developing, coordinating, defending and executing all aspects of the PEO/PMs’ Life Cycle Logistics support under the processes of DoD acquisition and sustainment.
Produce acquisition logistics documentation in support of the PEO/PMs products.
Perform and develop plans and projects, determine needs, investigate and resolve problems, interface with other functions and stakeholders, prepare capital assets and operating requests, and manage functional areas.
Assist in logistics automation using enterprise planning tools (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP, and etc.) for acquisition and sustainment operations.
Direct the activities of a group of applicable stakeholders in order to conduct focused strategic planning and analysis for all life-cycle management functions.
Provide Air Drop Liaison support IAW with PWS 3.4.14

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience, Associate's degree and 12 years' experience, or High School diploma and 14 years' experience.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must possess or have the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.
Thorough understanding of lifecycle logistics regulations and policies including DoD 5000 series, AR 70-1, AR 700-127, and AR 700-142.
Experience creating lifecycle logistics regulations and policies.
Competency in communications, leadership, automated logistics systems, team and risk management.
Must have the ability to communicate with executive management to ensure program related issues are addressed.

Desired Qualifications:

A thorough understanding of operating a computer, which includes Microsoft Office 365 Suite of applications.
Possess the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
